Supported Living for Adults with Developmental Disabilities

Day Services & Opportunity Centers in Tooele
The adult day care services, also known as Opportunity Centers, from RISE help individuals with developmental disabilities lead creative and purposeful lives. In a structured setting, our DSPs work alongside participants, helping them discover and pursue their unique interests. Adults who would like to work can also learn various job-related skills such as resume writing and time management. Our Opportunity Centers for adults with developmental disabilities provide fun and engaging environments where participants can enjoy:

Residential Services for Adults with Developmental Disabilities
Rather than forcing the individuals we serve to fit into a non-flexible residential setting, our housing services were designed to be customized to the requirements of our residents. We take the time to discover each individual’s needs and preferences before placing them in our developmental disabilities group home care program or supported living residential program. This process is key to ensuring a successful transition for the participant as well as the other residents living in the home.
We also provide senior respite care services for families and caregivers. Our DSPs offer much-needed rest for family members who spend 24 hours a day, seven days a week, caring for their loved ones. These services may include:
- Meal management
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Transportation to doctor’s appointments
