OUR SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT DESIGN
Adults with more severe disabilities require hands-on, one-on-one, daily support at their jobs. They receive that support through our Supported Employment program. The funding and support through this program are long-term and ongoing so adults are able to function and advance in integrated work settings.
